Phoenix Pro Management is proud to announce that our Owner and CEO, Alex Modric, has been named to the 2026 News Service of Florida Forty Under 40, a statewide list recognizing rising leaders who are making a difference across the Sunshine State.

The list, published by the News Service of Florida in February 2026, honors 40 professionals working inside and outside government in areas such as child welfare, conservation, health care and higher education. Alex was recognized for his work helping elderly and disabled Floridians stay safely in their own homes.

About the Forty Under 40 recognition

The News Service of Florida is a Tallahassee-based news organization that covers state government, policy and the people who shape them. Its Forty Under 40 list highlights young leaders who are not only experts in their fields but also know how to work through complex arenas, including the state Legislature, to help their clients and employers succeed.

This year’s honorees come from health care, education, law, public policy, conservation, business and the nonprofit sector. Alex joins that group for his work in home and community based services, an area where Phoenix Pro completes thousands of projects each year.

Helping Floridians age in place

As Owner and CEO of Phoenix Pro Management, Alex has built a company around a simple mission: helping elderly and disabled individuals remain in their homes and communities. Phoenix Pro delivers services covered by long-term care Medicaid, including home modifications and chore assistance, to members and families across the state.

That work is highly personal. In the News Service of Florida profile, Alex pointed to projects such as renovating a home for a disabled child returning from a nursing facility, and modifying a vehicle so a client’s mother could drive to therapy appointments. Each project turns a medical need into a practical, everyday solution.

Alex credits Phoenix Pro’s partnerships with fellow leaders across the health care industry for making that scale possible, noting that they help complete thousands of projects each year. He said he is “incredibly grateful” for those relationships. Outside of work, he also volunteers at a food pantry.

A recognition shared with our team

This honor belongs to everyone at Phoenix Pro Management: our crews, coordinators, case manager partners and the agencies that trust us with their members’ homes. We are grateful to the News Service of Florida for the recognition, and we remain committed to timely, medically necessary service for the Floridians who depend on it.
