Alex Modric
Owner/CEO

Alex Modric brings almost a decade worth of home accessibility solutions experience and has dedicated his entire life to giving back to the community. Mr. Modric is certified under CAPS, and ECHM while also a proud member of multiple non-profit organizations such as Red Cross, Vitas Healthcare, and B+ Foundation. Alex incorporates a necessary bedside manner approach to the world of home modifications.  As the CEO of Phoenix Pro, Alex is constantly amending business policies and procedures to ensure an easy process for case management and our government partners. As the face of Phoenix Pro Management, Alex is consistently meeting healthcare administrators & agency directors to strategize how to provide services to lower income members throughout the state. Alex is always willing to discuss the benefits of the services provided statewide during conferences, in-services, and in-person presentations. Mr. Modric also oversees all  contractual, compliance, and business development responsibilities.

Statewide Regional Manager

Marcelo Chiesa brings a strong commitment to leadership, collaboration, and results-driven management in his role as Statewide Regional Manager at Phoenix Pro Management. Known for his dedication to building strong relationships and fostering teamwork, Marcelo is focused on supporting both clients and team members to achieve success.

With a passion for operational excellence and a forward-thinking mindset, Marcelo works to ensure consistent growth and efficiency across all regions. His approach emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, and creating solutions that add long-term value.

Outside of work, Marcelo is dedicated to personal growth, community involvement, and bringing a positive, people-first attitude to every challenge.

Customer Service Representative

Megan is our Customer Service Representative at Phoenix Pro Management, where she excels in ensuring seamless coordination with clients/members and overseeing company-wide requests. She verifies leads and project details, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Megan collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and maintains high levels of client satisfaction by efficiently managing concerns and requests. In addition to her client-focused role, she is also a key component of our statewide pest control operations, ensuring timely visits and effective member engagement. Her focus on clear, consistent communication helps deliver an exceptional customer and member experience across all stages.

Tiy Dyer
Program Project Director

Tiy serves as the Program Project Manager at Phoenix Pro Management Inc, where he oversees all Housing Rehabilitation and SHIP projects from start to finish. Drawing on his passion for carpentry and woodwork, Tiy brings a hands-on approach to his work, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. He conducts detailed site assessments, manages budgeting, and works closely with field staff and rehab specialists to guarantee quality and precision throughout the process. With his strong communication skills and attention to detail, Tiy consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and with results that surpass client expectations.

Mark Johnson
General Contractor

Mark Johnson is a seasoned construction executive and project manager with over 20 years of experience leading commercial and residential developments across Florida and the Caribbean. He has managed more than $1 billion in commercial properties and $40 million in semi-custom homes, earning a reputation for strategic leadership, problem-solving, and precision in execution. A licensed Florida building contractor with a degree in Business Management from Northwood Institute, Mark excels in project planning, team coordination, and quality control. Outside of work, he enjoys power boating, live music, and supporting the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
